If your item arrives and unfortunately has any faults or has been damaged please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We are happy to offer a full refund for any faulty or damaged items. But Please note, we cannot offer refunds based purely on you changing your mind so please shop carefully and make sure you read the description and size chart correctly.

- Our backpacks are made out of durable materials so can be machine washed as needed, please wash them on a gentle cycle with a low spin speed
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners as this can damage the fabric.
- Once washed, lay on a flat surface to air-dry.
- Do not tumble dry or iron.
