Do you ship worldwide?

At this stage we only are offering shipping to New Zealand & Australia 

where do we ship from?

We ship from NZ , we are located in the sunny Hawkes bay! 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
we also offer AFTER PAY & ZIP PAY 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working day!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All NZ orders are sent with overnight shipping ! But please allow an extra 2 days if you’re rural. 

Australian orders take 5-10 days 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 7 days after dispatch please get on contact with us and we can help you!

 What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible!

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
